Liftup was established by the inventors in 2003 with NOVI Innovation in Aalborg, Denmark, as co-investors and partners and is today an innovative company where the foundation is the development of welfare technology products in accessibility (access) and health (care).

Liftup A/S is a 100 % privately owned Danish company with approximately 30 employees, based in Stoevring in Northern Jutland.

Exports accounted for 77,5 % of the turnover in 2015.
