Kamstrup provides solutions that enable precise, smart and easy metering of water and energy consumption.

Our metering solutions are applied in households, commercial buildings and industrial buildings. They include consumption meters, reading software and services for metering, analysis and monitoring of water and energy consumption. With this product portfolio we have claimed a leading position in the global market of water and energy metering and play a central part in the modernization of the water and energy supply.

Kamstrup employs roughly 1200 people in 24 countries. Products are made in Denmark; we carry a highly skilled workforce of researchers and developers and a fully-automated production. Production lines are designed for high-precision and high-volume production. We take pride in producing electronics in Denmark that are salable worldwide, even in China. We continually work to improve our solutions and production to stay competitive.

Kamstrup was founded by in 1946, when Mr. Kamstrup himself started producing measuring instruments. Over the years Kamstrup has grown into an international company with global reach in the energy sector.
