Located in an old charming warehouse by Copenhagen’s waterfront, DAC is the perfect starting point to discover why Copenhagen enjoys worldwide praise as one of the most liveable cities.
Visit us on a walk along the harbour front and you will see the famous bicycle culture first hand, as well as Copenhageners swimming and kayaking in the clean harbour water. Our contemporary exhibitions will give you a new perspective, while still leaving you with plenty of time to browse our bookshop, enjoy a coffee in our café, and explore our surrounding neighbourhood and the rest of Copenhagen.

And how does architecture address challenges such as climate change, urbanisation, and social segregation?

These are the big questions on our minds here at The Danish Architecture Centre. Through changing exhibitions, events and guided tours around Copenhagen, we invite you to go beyond the architecture, the models and the drawings to find out with us.

With the city as our biggest exhibition, our guided city tours allow you to experience why Copenhagen and other Danish cities are praised around the world for their visionary way of combining liveability, growth and sustainability.
